There are four submission deadlines throughout the year for Good Service Awards (31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December). Good Service Awards approved locally by these deadlines will then be sent out on a quarterly basis (in May, August, November and February respectively) if they are subsequently approved by HQ.

Length of Service Awards show on a members profile within a week of it being achieved. (It should appear the following Monday, with an award date of the Sunday from the week it was achieved). The actual awards are however only sent out on a quarterly basis (in February May, August and November).

Wood Badges show on a members profile as soon as they have been 100% completed in the Learning System. The actual certificates however, are only sent out on a quarterly basis (in February, May, August and November).
