First of all we are really sorry to hear a member has passed away. We would require you to contact the Support Centre (on live chat or by emailing Support@scouts.org.uk ) with either the person's membership number, or as many details as possible, if you are unable to provide the membership number. This will allow the Support Centre to find the correct profile on the system and update it, so they don't receive any more communications from Scouts.
Before contacting the Support Centre:
It's worth taking note of the member's service and award history because some families of deceased members use this in their loved one's eulogy. This is easier if this is done before the Support Centre marks their record as deceased.
