Each County/Area/Region has been asked to form a Local Go-Live Support Team to provide the first line of support to volunteers as they move to the new digital tools and processes. If a Local Go-Live Support Team has not been set up, the Transformation Lead will be the point of contact instead.
Each team will have the size and structure appropriate to local needs and will have been provided with training and the opportunity to test the new digital tools ahead of go-live.
Each team has been asked to provide us with a single point of contact, likely a shared mailbox that we can use to contact them and have been asked to communicate with local volunteers about how best to access their support.
We are encouraging the team to increase their understanding of local structures, changes to roles and processes so they can signpost volunteers to the right solution to their query.
